Import File Into Cinema Tools

Hi,

I am turning my film from PAL to NTSC. I know that to turn a PAL film into NTSC I need to Conform it in Cinema Tools. However I can't figure out how to import it into Cinema Tools. It should be just file, import but when I do that the files aren't highlighted so I can't import them. What I am just seeing is a Detailed View box and a List View box that looks for clips, I know I am not doing it right. Help?! When I opened a new project and it asked about Telecine and speeds I put 24fps for all.
